Nice House

Property was well kept and the house was very clean. The backyard was great with excellent landscaping. We had four teenage kids and 2 adults. As long as sharing rooms for the teenagers works it's the perfect home.....

Beautiful home in the perfect Anna Maria Island beach spot!

We loved our visit to Anna Maria Island - from the first step into the beautiful home to the short walk onto the white sand beach! This was a great experience for our family - beautiful and clean home, with nice pool!

A very lovely stay

I was impressed with the immaculate cleanliness and comfort of the house. It is evident that the property is being taken good care of inside and outside and is furnished with literally everything you might need for a week-long stay. The house had plenty of spaces for remote studying/working, like desk/table space and seating, which was a factor for us. The only downside was intermittent wi-fi which could be easily cured with a different set of hardware equipment. Video-conferencing wasn't affected, just YT streaming, so it did not bother us too much. The property manager's instructions were concise and check-in/check-out seamless. We loved the house and enjoyed the proximity to the beach, stores, and dining.
