Perched atop a rock outcropping just above Colorado Highway 72, SkyRun Cabin offers the perfect blend of remote mountain living with convenient access. Though tucked away in nature's embrace, the cabin is easily reachable, with a short, paved driveway leading to ample parking. We recommend 4WD for winter visits, ensuring your journey is as smooth as the panoramic views are stunning.

The cabin shines in all seasons, featuring an outdoor grilling area complete with Adirondack chairs and a gas firepit for summer evenings under the stars. In colder months, the interior takes center stage with a majestic stone wood fireplace, setting the scene for cozy nights in. Explore nearby slopes with a 20-minute drive to Eldora Ski Resort, or venture out to Boulder and Denver, both within a 30-minute reach.

Despite its remote location, SkyRun Cabin doesn't skimp on modern comforts. High-speed internet and free WiFi keep you connected, while a 43" 4K TV and multiple Amazon Echos ensure entertainment and convenience are always at hand—though cellular service may be spotty, the cabin's WiFi ensures you stay connected to the world outside.

The cabin's interior includes two bedrooms, each with queen beds, ensuite bathrooms featuring heated floors and towel racks, and stunning views of the Continental Divide. The north bedroom offers a double shower, while the south bedroom indulges with a heated air bubble spa tub. The heart of the cabin is its spacious living/dining area, complete with a fully-equipped kitchen, making every meal a scenic affair.

For those seeking a unique vantage point, the loft area, accessible by ladder, offers additional sleeping space and a cozy nook for reading or gaming, all bathed in natural light from skylights and large windows.

What to be aware of:

- The home does not have air conditioning or cable TV. However, you can enjoy streaming TV over the home's internet connection. Please be aware that cell phone reception is limited or unavailable, but if your phone plan includes WiFi calling, you can make calls using the home's internet.



- The property is located on CO Highway 72, which makes it easily accessible, but you may notice some noise from the road. The driveway may be challenging for some to drive up, especially for larger vehicles, which might have to reverse down as there isn't enough space to turn around at the top. There is space for one vehicle at the top of the driveway and additional parking for other vehicles about 30 yards down the driveway.



- Pets and smoking are not allowed on the property. Due to local regulations, the maximum number of people allowed to stay overnight is 4, even though the home has enough beds to sleep up to 8.
