Glamping enthusiasts and all lovers of vintage decor will feel right at home in Miss Abby, a reissued 1961 Shasta that's part of the Palm Springs-inspired Blue Skies Retro Resort. Here in the lovely Texas Hill Country outside Fredericksburg, you'll feel as though you've stepped back in time. Spend your days relaxing by the resort's outdoor pool, and enjoy access to your own separate, private bathroom suite, a provided robe, and an outdoor shower beneath the blue Texas sky. At the end of each day, you can relax and unwind in the warmth of the shared outdoor fireplace and pavilion.

This retro resort, with its five unique trailers, sits 14 miles northeast of downtown Fredericksburg, a historical town with abundant German influence in the heart of Texas wine country. Head into town to peruse the farmers market, dine out at one of the excellent local restaurants, do a bit of shopping, or taste the local varietals at a number of wine tasting rooms. Enchanted Rock State Natural Area is 12 miles northwest, where you can hike, set out a picnic, go birding, stargaze, or go rock climbing.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
