The windows are glued and permanently closed shut. We were unable to open the windows which is a fire hazard. Our air conditioner broke the last night. We had no airflow. Unable to open windows. We couldn’t open the back doors due to the abundance of mesquitos. Management refunded one night very quickly but that doesn’t change anything with no airflow. The floors were so dirty I wore socks the entire time to keep my feet from getting black. The oven is rusted. The cabinets are beat up. Paint on the ceiling is unevenly spread. The windows are so dirty it’s hard to look outside. The cookware is soooo old and used. Cookware respectfully to human life needs to be replaced. There are no essentials in this condo such as cooking spray, salt or pepper. No coffee. No water. No snacks. No lotion. The toilet paper at Whataburger is nicer than what is provided in this condo. There were no booklets on where or how to use the facilities at this place. We walked the entire property looking for the facilities. When we found them the people working there were a bit clueless about us staying there but eventually found us. We bought the wrist bands and did not use them. We contacted management about the TV not working in the master bedroom and no one ever showed up to remedy it. There is a rattlesnake habitat so be careful and watch for snakes. This was a very unusual experience. We took photos of how nice and clean we left the condo upon checkout. We enjoyed the sunrise.
