This house has it all...spectacular views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from the two large covered balconies, new flooring throughout, remodeled bathrooms including a claw foot tub in the Master, 3 king size beds, open concept into the living room with 55' flat screen TV. Three bedrooms are located on the top floor; with one bedroom located on the main floor. All upstairs bedrooms have TV's. House has a charcoal grill, beach chairs, beach towels, toys, wagon, etc. The dune walkover is 2 minutes from the house and Pointe West Beach Club is a 3 min drive. Summer only requires a 4 night minimum stay and will release 2 and 3 night stays if available during the summer. 2 night minimums in off-peak season with the exception of some holidays.
