We love these condos

We love to stay in those condos because of the close proximity to Rocky Top sports complex. The WiFi Is terrible. This stay has been a little annoying from the front door code not working to the dryer being broken. Location will trump all of those things.

Disappointed

I stayed in the unit next door to this one last year and we absolutely loved it. This year was a different story. The garbage disposal and the dryer didn’t work in this unit. We had a leak from the unit above and water was literally pouring out of the bathroom fan/light. The furniture has had a lot of wear and tear and needs to be replaced. We love the location, but this unit was disappointing.

Awesome Stay

The complex was in a great location, and our two-bed, two-bath unit was very spacious. I couldn’t believe how big the balcony was! My favorite thing was that parking was under the structure, so your vehicle stays covered the whole time. The mountain views were amazing, and we even saw a bear. Cleanliness could have been a tad better, as some of the dishes in the cabinets still had stuff on them. Other than that, everything was great!
