We stay from 12-29 thru 1-12-19 and had a good time at house. Michelle the property manager was at the house shortly after we got there at 4 pm. Downstairs air was not working when we got there but Michelle called repairman and he was there the next day to fix. Very helpful and answered all our questions. Beautiful home and plenty of room for family to stay. Nice pool and enjoyed by the kids every day. Short drive to Disney parks. We replace some light bulbs in house because all bulbs were burned out in entry way but found extra bulbs in closet to replace but other bulbs were out but didn't find replacements for other burned out bulbs in house. Also batteries were dead in several of the TV remotes but replaced them. Great home for family gatherings and would stay here again.

The property was as promised. There was plenty of room for my family. It was close to amenities and the highways. Carolyn was easy to work with and we had no issues the entire time we were there. I highly recommend!

Clean, tidy with plenty of space for us all to spread out. Kids loved the themed bedrooms. Fantastic pool area!
