This Beach Home is a .3 mile (that's one-third of a mile) short walk or bike from the popular white sands of Nokomis Beach and near Pelican Alley, Pops Waterside Grill, and Casey Key. For more exploring, you're just a few minutes from Venice Island, Venice Beach, Blackburn Point, Spanish Point and Oscar Scherer State Park. You won't be bored unless you want to be!

This vacation oasis is large and private. Everyone can have their own space if they wish, or get together in the large open living area. Coastal vibes inside and out!

Enjoy walks on the beautiful white sand beaches of Casey Key while looking for shells and shark teeth. Boating, jet skis, kayaking and fishing are available at the nearby marina. Golf, tennis, local restaurants, and shopping are only minutes away and just a short drive north is Sarasota, Florida where you can find music, theater, galleries, and more shopping.

Location to beach and restaurant

This was our second stay at this lovely house. This location is perfect for our needs. My only issue this visit was something in the front tv living room caused my asthma to flair up and whelps on my face. I think perhaps Febreeze was used on the furniture which unfortunately I am allergic to. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful property

The house was comfortable and well equipped. The location was our reason for choosing as it’s close to our family members and walking distance to Nokomis beach and nice eating etc. The landlords were very helpful when called upon. We were extremely satisfied with our stay. Thank you.

Nokomis Paradise!

After a long search, we found this beautiful property. I was intrigued by the back porch, but the house and location was SO much more! The home was spacious, impeccably clean, stocked with more than we needed, and extremely comfortable! We walked to the beach every day, explored the area, and fell in love with Nokomis Beach! We hope we can return and will definitely refer this location to our family and friends. Thank You!
