Great place!

Great location! Walking to beach and shops. Tiana was super responsive and helpful with any issues. Stayed for 4 months and had a wonderful stay

Shorter stay because of covid-19 no refund the way that you describe these meals

We needed to leave a week early because everything was shutting down both in our home state and in Hawaii. We asked the rental agency about a partial refund and they said no. We had read on VRBO that partial refunds were being given. Supplies were very sparse given that we were staying for 6 weeks. The website had said leave your personal supplies at home we provide them so we had to go out and buy shampoo conditioner hand soap. No hand soap in the bathrooms but a soap pump in the kitchen. The rental agent did bring us toilet paper and garbage bags after we requested them. While there are wonderful television sets you will need your Netflix Hulu passwords to access these channels. Otherwise there are four local channels. Information on where to leave your garbage would be helpful also information on local activities. On the positive side the location was perfect for walking to the beach and to our daughter's house and downtown Waikiki. Although there were many appliances in the kitchen there were no storage containers. Also no cookie sheets or anything to use in the oven. Luckily we could borrow these things from our daughter. While everything was very clean and check-in was easy we would not choose to stay here again because of the above issues.
