The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and additional seating at the Island; making it the perfect place to prepare your favorite meal. The Living Room has an impressive wall entertainment center with a Cable Ready - Smart Flat Screen TV and Netflix for your enjoyment! You can also have more family fun; and challenge someone to play a game of darts or ping pong in the Outdoor Living area Poolside!

The three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and offers a King Master Suite with walk-in glass shower, a Queen Guest room and the second guest room is furnished with 2 twins. The shared guest bathroom is a full tub/shower combination.

Amazing

The house and location were perfect for our family of parents, grown kids and 2 grandkids, age 3 and 1. We walked to bean point beach everyday for fun in the sun and sunset. We also spent so much time in the pool and on the roof deck. I can’t say enough about how great the house and location and Anna maria were! We will be back!

Bean Point Enjoyment

We enjoyed our experience at this property. Everything was as advertised, communication with the Property manager was excellent and flexible. Will definitely will be back we love AMI and this home on bean point provides a private setting with great beach access along with a great outdoor entertainment area.

Peaceful and Quiet

We stayed for the 2nd week of November and the weather was perfect the whole week. The house was larger than the pictures. We really enjoyed mornings and evenings in the widow watch which is one of the only ones covered in the area. The pool was heated and about the same temp as outside (78f was outside temp). The outdoor grill and seating area was perfect for dinner meals. The included cooler and beach chairs were nice to have to take to beach or other outings planned during the week. The rooms were nice, plenty of water pressure from the bathroom showers, just remember its only a 25gal water heater, we alternated showers. The 2nd bedroom with the double could really use a dresser. The master and twin bed room have dressers with plenty of room for clothes. The kitchen is fully stocked, we knew going down it didn't have a Keurig. For being a Vrbo, we were expecting spices and condiments. This was the first house we have been to that was empty of any ingredients. We did leave behind plenty of spices though. The Publix is about a 15min commute and has everything you will need, minus any discounts. The Winn-dixie in Bradenton has better savings but further away. We decided against renting bicycles, instead renting a golf cart from Robinhood.A golf cart is definitely the way to go on the island. The Donut Experiment is the morning breakfast of choice, lunch is The Ugly Grouper, and dinner was usually on the outdoor grill. We had a great time and will return next year!

Wonderful family stay

Even more beautiful house than the pictures showed. Very short walk to bean point beach. Loves the location. We did not have great weather, so the pool was a little chilly in October, but would feel great if the weather had been warmer/sunnier.

Perfect house perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous home. Perfect location for Bean Point visits. The house was immaculate, I’m very picky about cleanliness. I didn’t see anything that wasn’t clean, worn out or out of place. The pool area was our favorite for late evening swims after a day at the beach. Beds were comfy and the house had everything that we needed. Suzanne was a great host! She answered my questions promptly and helped with a few issues we had. We plan on staying here again in the future. One of the best houses we’ve stayed at in Anna Maria.
