This apartment is perfect for families, couples or small groups. Located centrally in Ketchikan, you will be within walking distance of the Safeway grocery store, local restaurants, and the historic downtown Ketchikan. This unit is also near the bus line, for those who wanted to avoid renting a car. Located only about a mile from the airport and the Alaska Marine highway ferry terminal, making getting here really easy once you arrive. This is your ideal home-base for all your vacation adventures, located near marinas as well for fishing opportunities. The second bathroom really helps at the end of a long fishing trip to get your group cleaned up before hitting the town and grabbing a bite to eat.

With 2 bedrooms each with a full size and a twin bed. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen is spacious and complete with cookware and dishes, if you wanted to do some of your own cooking. The front deck is covered to keep you dry in case of our famous liquid sunshine, with a private bbq for cooking up the days catch. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit available for your use.

Adorable stay

My family came down to fish and visit some family in the area. This was the perfect, clean and adorable place to stay. The home seemed to have about everything we needed for cooking/washing/relaxing. The bedding was lovely and the art was beautiful!! We would absolutely stay again!

Great location clean and modern

Perfect place for our family. They had a crib and a baby seat and the bed arrangements worked great. Two bathrooms, very clean and close to everything. The grill worked great! We are from ketchikan and we’re home for a funeral. It was a great setup and would definitely stay here again. Also loved the entryway to take shoes and coats off with a couple of seats. Very nice.

Extremely nice rental, super close to everything

We were even more pleasantly surprised than the pics - this place is NICE. Very well kept, extremely clean, has everything you could need. Plus, a fantastic washer and dryer which is helpful if you end up getting soaked in the Ketchikan rain. We had a rental car (which was necessary), and it was less than a mile to just about everywhere we needed/wanted to go. The hosts were very communicative, and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Perfect location

This place was very comfortable and an easy walk to town. It was perfectly between town and the grocery store. It had all the amenities needed for the kids, myself and grand parents. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend others.

Hi! I'm Rebecca, and along with my husband Oscar, we love Ketchikan. Oscar is a life-long Alaskan fisherman, and although I only started fishing in the last 7 years, I have grown to love it too. We also like exploring the beaches here in Ketchikan. There is always something new to see on our little island.

When we are not in Ketchikan, we like to travel and see what the the other 49 states are up to. We try to make it to Hawaii any chance we can, to get that vitamin D.

So we welcome trades for Hawaiian housing!
