About this property

You'll enjoy the split floor plan of this private basement apartment. The two bedrooms are separated by an open concept kitchen, dining and living area. Both bedrooms have a private bath and lots of room for extra seating to read or relax. One bedroom has a television. There is a full size, fully furnished kitchen with lots of counter space to create your special culinary creations. The dining area includes a large table to comfortably seat 8. There is cozy seating in the living area to enjoy the 55" HD television. The covered back patio provides more space to spread out around the fire pit or patio table and grill your meal on the large five burner grill. We welcome you as our guest and will do our best to make it a pleasant stay. Our family of three, including a 95 year old mother, live upstairs so you may occasionally hear the faint sounds of life over-head. We have provided a white noise machine in the "King" bedroom that may help if you're a light sleeper.

Wonderful, restful stay!

This property is just as advertised and probably at the top of our list of places to stay. The apartment was very nicely furnished with just about anything you'd need, very clean, very quiet. The hosts were very pleasant and answered any question we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay if you do not mind having to have owner living upstair. Clean and caring owner.

Th property is down stairs with view of field and homes accrossed the gully. There is a patio with gas grill, chairs and table. The rooms are large and have amendies of DVD to watch, provide treats, coffee. Two bedrooms with bathrooms. I enjoyed my stay. I just wish the advertisement said it was in basement of home. Thank you for allowing me in your home.

We always stay at this location and we are never let down. I brag about this place to my family and plan on taking them one by one to see how nice and clean this house is. The owners are awesome people, very polite and warm. I visit as often as i can. Wish it was bigger so I could take my whole family to enjoy it!!!

Stellar Location!

This location has a magnificent view of the mountains. The owners have done a fantastic job that supersedes many of the fine hotel chains. They did not miss providing any amenity. My husband, sister-in-law, and I felt like we were home. We definitely will return when visiting Prescott Valley.

Phil & Sheila McCullough. We live upstairs with Phil's 94 year old mother. We moved to Prescott area in 2011 to be closer to aging parents and give them assistance. Sheila is a RN at the Prescott hospital and Phil volunteers much around town and at the church they attend. Sheila enjoys reading, and Phil is the people person who often meets with other men to enjoy friendships and sometimes experience the mountain biking trails of the area. You'll frequently find Phil on his motorcycle around town or planning a motorcycle road trip.

Why they chose this property

We love this location because of the views, and it is located on a quiet dead-end street. We have wonderful neighbors, many of whom have been in this neighborhood for years. Most homes house middle aged, or retired folks. Our immediate neighbors have young children. On a nice day you can hear them giggling and playing outside. It helps that we love kids and these are delightful children.
