This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 Baths. It has an upper story that has a master bedroom and bath plus a second bedroom. This is currently rented to a full time tenant. This tenant can use a shared kitchen on the lower floor.

Available is the lower floor that has two bedrooms including a large master bedroom and attached bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub. There is also a second bathroom on the first floor with a shower. The living area on the first floor is 25ft x 20 ft and has hardwood floors. This brightly lit area also has a 40-inch tv, high-end audio center and is closed to the upstairs tenant by a door. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is a large fenced backyard with fruit trees, sitting bench and table and barbeque.
The location is only 8 min to a ferry to San Francisco, 6 minutes to the BART train to San Francisco by car. There is bus connection within a 5 minute walk to the BART station with access to San Francisco, Berkely, Oakland etc.

I am a single guy and have a renter in the upstairs part of the house because of the extra space. The renter is a 60 yo woman who is home often but very quiet. The kitchen is the only part of the house that is shared with ensures privacy for the downstairs . The whole house is 1800 sq ft. I travel and am making this property available during an extended trip out of the county.
