This adorable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom (plus private outside shower) condo is in an oceanfront building on the Beach Haven/Holgate border and is best sized for a couple (2). Don't need a huge mansion on the beach but like to be oceanfront? Don't like the commercial feel of condo units but like the size(and price) of a small condo? This is a cozy oceanfront building with only 4 units and NO SHARED amenities or walkways! Gorgeous and relaxing views from the private roof deck!

Quiet neighborhood that is 2 blocks south of the Beach Haven border and only a 3 minute drive (or 5 minute bike ride) to Fantasy Island, Thundering Surf water park, MANY restaurants, homemade doughnuts, bagels, mini-golf, escape room and all the fun and food of Beach Haven! This attached condo is in an oceanfront building with only 4 units, all on 1 floor, each a corner unit. Our 1bedroom unit is on the side next to the beach walkway (northwest corner of the building) and all views are from the rooftop deck (see pictures). The location is 2 blocks south of the Beach Haven border (which is at Grosser St). Each unit has separate entry stairs to their own personal ‘lower deck’ and the door to each unit is entered from that private deck. There is a staircase to the roof deck and the staircase is shared by two units but once you get up to the roof deck there is a divider between the 2 sides of the roof deck so you have your own space on the roof deck. The pictures shown are just your section of the roof deck.

We didn’t know what to expect when booking this property since we never rented from VRBO before. I must say it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The house was small but perfect for my husband and I & our dog. It was so close to the beach so we made quite a few trips there. Also the rooftop was perfect for viewing the sunrise & sunset. We really appreciated the outdoor gates because we could let our dog out with us & she couldn’t escape! The inside of the house was so clean & decorated perfectly. We were very comfortable there & wish we could have stayed longer. I definitely give this trip 5 stars & hope we can return again next year.

Nice and close to the beach.

The apartment was just right size for us and our fur kid. Short walk to the beach. Everything worked as it’s designed. We had a awesome stay.

Feels like home!

I have stayed here several times, and each time I return it just feels like home! Just the right size for 2....cozy, clean, easy to contact owner, right on the beach just outside of Beach Haven but more peaceful...love it here...

Perfect getaway spot

This place is ideal for a couple to escape for a few days at the beach. You can't beat the value and the owner makes it very easy. Very, very well done! I'd book again without hesitation.

Perfect for a couple

The condo was clean and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything you need in the way of appliances, dishes and cookware. The bed was very comfortable. Great location! The view from the upper deck was beautiful. It took a minute to walk to the beach from the condo. We would definitely recommend this place!

This is one of the last oceanfront buildings that’s sized for a couple or small family to enjoy the location without having to resort to a commercial condo type building. These units are sized small but upgraded to reflect modern sensibilities. We hope you love your stay in this unique, cozy, little apt as much as we do!
