Our Beautiful and spacious house is a newly built 2,100 sf private vacation house, right on the other side of Puerto Morelos in a little town called La Colonia.

loud and not easy to get to the beachside of Puerto Morelos w/o a car

Neighborhood dogs were barking continuously, and a major highway runs 1 block away . Because the environment is continuously noisy - you can forget about relaxing in the beautiful garden or sleeping well at night without earplugs. Also the property manager doesn't have a good grasp of English and forgets things constantly, so it's a bigger chore than it should be to communicate.

comfortable stay for family

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for six people including two adults, two teenagers, and two younger kids. The neighborhood pool is clean and shady. The location is central to Cancun, Puerto Morelos, and Playa del Carmen, and very close to Ruta de los Cenotes. A few small suggestions - there were plenty of clean sheets but the kids were looking for an extra blanket or two. It would also be helpful to have a few basic items in the kitchen like salt, cooking oil, and maybe some containers to put away left over food. Overall, we would stay here again if we return for another trip.
