Welcome to our Sunnyside in the Bend. Located just a little over a mile from Notre Dame this 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom will be just what you need for your time here in South Bend. Both bedrooms have Queen Beds. The house comes fully furnished with a few special touches to make your stay memoribale. We use this home for our "get aways from our kids" weekends and we dont live to far away. So if there is something you need during your stay we are a phone call away.

Great South Bend weekend!

We had an awesome time staying here - it is a safe, although a big walk to ND campus! Super impressed by the property, will be returning.

What a great place! It is an ideal location, comfortable, clean and the hosts were absolutely perfect. This was our first time trying VRBO and we were nervous but this experience was beyond what even imagined. We hope to stay again. Go Irish!

4 Day Golf Stay

Great place to stay! Clean, well kept and quaint. Owner was easy to work with, provided everything we needed for our stay and welcoming. My husband and I stayed while our son golfed in Jr. College Nationals nearby. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Growing up just outside of South Bend we both were raised cheeing on the Irish. We host friends from all over the country who come in for ND football games so we decided to buy a second home close to campus and close to downtown to make their experience memoriable. Ryan & Nicole

Why they chose this property

We stumbled upon this corner lot home that has had many updates over the years but still has some of the old character of a 1920 home. Located in a great location close to campus, downtown, the farmers market, the theater, some great local breweries, shopping etc. we had to snatch it up quick. Maybe even in a few short years our oldest child may attend ND!

What makes this property unique
