The Master Bedroom features a King bed, Tv, ceiling fan and a full bathroom with tub and shower combo.

Second Bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan and stackable washer/dryer combo in one of the closets.

Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking full meals, has a coffee pot, blender, dishwasher and two bar stools at the breakfast counter.

Dining room has a four top dining table. Off of the kitchen/dining room area there are locked double doors which can be utilized if you have friends or family renting until C next door. Very convenient for those wanting to vacation together but still have their separate living and sleeping spaces.

Living room has a sleeper sofa, large entertainment center, books, windows with Gulf view as well as a balcony with dining table, beach lounger and great Gulf front view. With this unit being a corner unit there is plenty of natural light throughout and has a corner balcony view.

Complex has a shared space with gas grills, shared refrigerator and freezer combo on the ground level, beach bar tiki hut that faces the pool. Plenty of sun loungers by the pool, tiki hut dining tables, private beach area has sun loungers that can be taken up to the surf each day, we just request that they are brought back at the end of each day.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Parking:
This property provides 2 parking spaces.

It is conveniently located down the street from Guilty Sea Sports Pub, and VIP Mexican (previously Aqua Prime) You will also find the following places within walking distance: JD's Restaurant & Bar, Slyce Pizza Bar, Jimmy Guana's, PJ's Oyster House, Jake's Cantina, Crabby Bills, Pipo N Betty's Bakery and an Ice Cream shop with over 100 flavors. Also within walking distance are some local beach shops including beach rentals. There is also a CVS and a post office located close to Crabby Bills. For the kids and kids at heart, there's a small waterpark located close by.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
