Appartement rénové, impeccable. Décoration contemporaine.
3 pièces, moderne et confortable, en rez-de-jardin, face à la "Grande plage" de La Ciotat, wifi haut débit gratuit, climatisation, jardin et terrasse privée aménagée pour repas et bains de soleil, parking dans la villa. Propriété sécurisée pour les enfants.
Il y a 2 chambres (pour 4 personnes) : l'une avec un lit 2 places et l'autre avec 2 lits 90 x 190 cm . Lit bébé et chaise haute à la demande .
Salle de bain : douche 120 cm, WC.
La cuisine est très bien équipée : réfrigérateur/congélateur, cuisson vitrocéramique, four traditionnel + four micro-ondes, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, hotte d'aspiration, cafetière filtre + bouilloire électrique, grille-pain.
Autres équipements : sèche-cheveux, fer + table à repasser, aspirateur, étend-linge.
Possibilité d'entreposer des vélos, motos, ou du matériel nautique dans la cour (planche à voile, surf, etc..). Parking (1 seul véhicule pour des raisons de sécurité).
Quartier résidentiel animé, attractif et très vivant, commerces de proximité (boulangeries, patisseries, coiffeurs, pharmacie, Poste, DAB, Poissonnerie-traiteur, tabac-journaux, supérette, cave à vin, épicerie fine, etc. Nombreux restaurants, snacks de plage, crêperie, pizzeria, ....).
Plage et bains de mer : Plage de sable familiale agréable et bains de mer sans danger pour les enfants.

Séjour parfait
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Marie-Hélène et Patrice. Emplacement idéal (situé face à la mer), maison très agréable , propre, bien aménagée, internet haut vitesse, parking sur la propriété, très belle terrasse rendue privée par de la vegetation. Tout était parfait !Merci

Sehr schöner Urlaub direkt am Strand
Sehr schöne komplett ausgestattet Wohnung mit toller Terrasse. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter.

A good location just opposite the beach
We stayed a week, the location is 3 mins walk to the beach. There is a local bus stop very close, which takes you to the old town harbour or you can wal aprox 20 mins. The owners live above the apartment, they were friendly and helpfull when required. We had a great time, plenty to see and do.

We have ceased working and live on the waterfront year-round. The climate at La Ciotat is excellent, the temperature is mild, and the sky is blue three quarters of the time.

Why they chose this property

The villa is vast and every house is independent, with entrance, garden and terrace. The "Big beach" of Ciotat is situated in front of the villa. This beach is very pleasant and slopes, without holes of water, without dangerous currents. Possibility rent deckchair and parasol. The water is clear and crystal clear. Ideal family.

What makes this property unique

Residential area very livened up with convenience stores, restaurants, rent of kayak, stand up paddle. The walk of the seaside go to to the Old Port of La Ciotat, a place authentic and full of charm. There is a market on the Port every Sunday morning and an every evening summer night-market.
Key points: creeks, natural reserve, walking, walks it bâteaux.. Ciotat is a nice port with very beautiful creeks which join on coast (Creek of Figuerolles and creek of Mugel).
