LOVED the stay here. So clean and exactly like pictures. Jacuzzi in the bedroom after a day traveling Gatlinburg was exactly what was needed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just a short trip but a good couple of days away during a time of quarantine. The cabin was clean and nicely laid out with great views as described. The Hidden Springs Resort has a beautiful neighborhood feel to it and felt very relaxing. The folks from Aunt Bugs Cabin Rentals were very professional and friendly. Overall a very positive experience..

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was nice and clean. We are not likely to stay in this cabin again. The neighbors were loud very late into the night. They were using drugs on the balcony. The hot tub leaked and didn't heat properly. Would have been nice to know that the pool was not open.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location. We had to clean first. Dirty toilet , linens had stains, dishes in cabinet with coffee stains, strong smoking odor in one bedroom with dirty linens also in closet on roll out bed. Dead bugs and cobwebs through out cabin . Very disappointed in cleanliness of cabin especially with covid 19 . A list of above complaints left at front office .
