This unique and charming home sleeps 20 people comfortably and splits the bedrooms and living rooms between two distinct areas, which allows room for your entire family to all be under the same roof ! The home has had several recent updates in 2022 and is brought to you by Vacation Rentals of Florida! The home is located in the heart of everything Saint Pete has to offer and is close to many major attractions. Only 6 miles to St. Pete, Sunset, and Treasure Island Beaches. Downtown Saint Petersburg Historic District is only 3.4 miles away, and St. Pete Pier is 4.4 miles away. Tampa, Busch Gardens, Aquarium, and several other activities are only a short drive over the bridge. Please contact us with any questions.

Girl Group Trip

The house was exactly what we needed for a group of young girls and their moms. There was plenty of space for sleep and three bathrooms helped with getting everyone ready on time. Everything in the listing was accurate and was as expected when we arrived. The neighborhood was quiet and there was room for our rental cars. Overall we had a great time and the house was perfect for our group!

St Pete’s

We were in town for the offshore races. The location of the house is fairly far from downtown St. Pete’s. House was clean and clear communication from host. Lots of beds so perfect for larger groups.

Great spacious house

The house was very spacious and fit our big group of girls. The only complaint is that the air conditioning did not work in the back bedrooms of the house almost the entirety of our stay so we had to squeeze in the front rooms and living space to sleep BUT there was always quick communication and an awesome guy who always came as soon as possible to try and fix the issue.
