About this property

This property has all the comforts of home in the heart of the Great North Woods. The home features three bedrooms and two baths, a comfortable living room with a cozy gas fireplace, and a large kitchen great for entertaining and cooking for a crowd. With plenty of onsite parking this is a perfect base camp for all your North Country adventures. We are only one mile from the Millsfield ATV parking area. We have direct snowmobile trail access, and we're within a few miles of some of the best fishing in Maine and New Hampshire. At the end of the day relax around the campfire in the fenced in backyard.

Great House for Fishing Trip !

My husband, our son and 4 good friends shared the house for a 4 day, 3 night fishing trip. Weather was mostly raining but they did get a good day out on Lake Umbagog . The covered porch was nice to sit & visit with each other. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked & living room had comfortable chairs to sit & relax in. Owner was very responsive to our questions. They would definitely rent this house again . Highly recommend.

Just Outstanding in Every Way

We found the Kitchen, the bedrooms, the bathrooms, and the property as a whole to be very large, highly functional, well organized, and super clean. The fire pit, foosball, cornhole, pool table, games, TV and beautiful private grounds offer much entertainment if you care to never leave the property. However, the vast surrounding area of rich forest and pristine lakes are beyond spectacular. When you combine all of this with a host who's main concern is that you are happy and having the trip you imagined you have one the best VRBO experiences imaginable. We will be back.

I've lived in Errol most of my life and have always loved this town. It's a great place to enjoy the outdoors and raise a family. I'm a carpenter by trade but I've always had an interest in real estate and rental properties. When the last owners if this home hired me to fix a few things before they put it for sale I fell in love with it. My wife and I made an offer and we've been busy ever since. We have tried to set the home up the way that we would want it to be if we were renting it. I live about 2 miles from the home with my wife and two sons so there is always someone available to handle any situations that may arise.

Why they chose this property

This home is perfect base camp for large families or multiple couples with children. It has a large kitchen that the cook will fall in love with, a comfortable living room, and plenty of room to spread out. The back yard is fenced in making it perfect for smaller children to play outside and it also has a fire ring to relax around. The older kids will have 11 acres of woods to explore. Our large parking lot will hold a lot of trucks and trailers and its also a good spot for a ball game. The garage in the basement has a pool table which is available in warmer months and one bay available for your car or toys.

What makes this property unique

The greatest thing about this property is the privacy. You will have 11 acres all to yourself. There is a walking path through the woods and a fenced in back yard. The large parking area can also be used for ball games during nice weather.
