Great Location
This is a charming little cottage right across the street from the beach. The location to the beach was great, just a short couple minute walk. Close enough you can walk back and forth for lunch or to grab a drink and not feel like you are taking a hike back and forth.
If you have teenagers that want to socialize you are a little far from the main areas. The house was clean on arrival and smelled great.
The only downside is that you can tell the house is older and it has a few items that need to be updated.
The stove has a hot surface light that never turns off, the ice maker in the freezer doesn’t make a lot of ice and the ice dispenser looks like it is about to fall off. The furniture has some stains but is comfy to sit on. The downstairs porch isn’t really usable because all the furniture is falling apart. You can’t sit at the white chairs and table because the legs of the chairs are not properly attached anymore and the chair falls apart.
We did have an issue with a toilet not flushing and running nonstop that was a little hard to get fixed but that wasn’t the house more the management company.
The beds are comfortable but bring extra blankets.
The kitchen has plenty of items to cook meals and even plastic storage for leftovers.
It’s a smart tv so you can login to all your services and watch movies.
Overall the house was great for the price point and we would stay there again.
