This warm and inviting one-bedroom, one-bathroom beach abode has features that will make your getaway unforgettable! Here you can find a convenient, furnished balcony overlooking the sparkling water of the Gulf of Mexico below, a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation, and in-unit laundry. Hall bunks are perfect for children and additional sleeping can be found on a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. Take a refreshing swim in one of the shared swimming pools available (indoor or outdoor) or dig your toes in the warm sands of the Gulf of Mexico. If you'd like to rest after a long day, visit the hot tub or steam room; you'll feel refreshed and brand new. Spend a fun-filled afternoon shooting hoops with your friends in the community basketball court or lifting weights in the well-equipped fitness room.

Dine with the locals at Son's Smokehouse, Coconuts Restaurant, or Dick's Last Resort, all within a mile from your condo. Pier Park is less than a mile from the resort and offers shopping and plenty of family-friendly activities such as Skywheel Panama City Beach, Grand IMAX Theater, and Emerald Coast Mirror Maze.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The toilet quit working and the indoor pool and one of the hot tubs were closed the whole time. The rooms are outdated and need to be redone.we found a fingernail and a dirty wash cloth in the bathroom as well I wouldn’t recommend for the money.

Great location

Overall, the room was nice and clean. They did not provide sheets for the pullout sofa, which wasn't clean when we opened it but everything else fit our needs. The location of the room was great, and we were very happy we didn't have to use the elevator except for check in/out. That would have made the experience a nightmare because of how slow and busy they were. They are also doing construction in front of the building so the sidewalks were closed which made it difficult to walk around in the evenings especially with kids.

great stay!

We were supposed to stay at another set of condos down the road and something happened and the owners needed the property. The owners of that property put us up here at Tidewater. We were a little skeptical at first being such a bigger building and much more crowded. We enjoyed our first stay at the Tidewater Beach Resort. We stayed on the first floor and was able to use the stairs to get to the beach and pool exit real easy. The elevators can be a little slow sometimes but overall they were a good experience when we used them. The room was in excellent shape. The bed was comfy. We had a small problem with the washer but someone was there the next morning to take care of it. The doors were coded so you didn't have to keep a key with you all the time which was great. In order to go anywhere on the property you are required to have a bracelet which lets you in and out of doors and that was okay. I left some apple airpods in the room when we left and the staff were able to find them and get them sent out to me which was great! We took a 10x10 tent to the beach every day except one which we used their beach chairs. The staff there work all the time and there are plenty of them. I was impressed by how many they had and you always saw someone working. We needed towels and wash clothes one night after normal hours and the security staff were able to get us some which was great. Parking is across the street in a parking garage which was fine with us and I never had a problem finding a spot to park. Our stay was the week after labor day weekend so things were not so busy and crowded as they could have been.
