The third floor condo is decorated in blues, greens and white, with beach paintings and decor throughout. The balcony was great! I could sit at a table with 2 matching chairs or a bigger red chair that made me feel like a queen on a thrown! It's oceanfront and you can watch the waves come in and can see the various tide levels. Beach access is along side of the condo. There is a small grove of low palmettos and other bushes between the condos and beach, so you can hear the ocean sounds clearly, but they aren't roaring in your ears. I could hear the ocean inside the condo as well, with the sliding doors closed. The living room sofa was comfortable, but I didn't pull out the bed. The living room also had a cocktail table that converted into a dining table with 2 stools underneath the ends, one which I used as a footstool in my stocking feet. There was also a matching set of bar stool height chairs that could be used around the breakfast bar or for extra seating. There was a tv and dvd player in the living room too. The kitchen had a keurig, Mr. Coffee and toaster. All necessary silverware, dishes, glasses and some beachy mugs were stocked as well as a wide assortment of cookware, bowls, serving pieces and trays. One of the touches I most appreciated were new paper towels, dish sponge, dish washing liquid and a few dishwasher pods in a jar. (There was also laundry pods near the washer/dryer combo.)I loved having access to a washer and dryer, which was located right outside the bathroom. The bedroom had a comfortable bed, with plenty of pillows available. There were small storage closets on either side that had shelves and plenty of hangers for clothes. There was also a shelf over the headboard for all my night time stuff. There was a tv in the bedroom and a row of large hooks along the wall for jackets, etc. The condo was easy to get into, using the code given to me by Vacasa. There was a pool in the middle of the condos that looked clean, but it was too cold to swim. There's also covered parking. There was an elevator to take for luggage, groceries, etc. However, I ended up taking the stairs most of the time.
Vacasa was a great property management team. I phoned them for a few questions I had and they had someone come over to help me shortly afterwords. I met Valerie, the office manager and another staff member and both were very helpful and friendly. My only issue is that I never got onto the Internet, even with help. The system seemed to be looking for a security key, which no one had. My husband confirmed that a firewall wasn't blocking access, so I'm not sure what happened with it. I had to use my phone for limited Internet.
Thank you for offering this condo on VRBO and having Vacasa as the property management company! I found the condo clean and the sheets and towels clean. I appreciated the texts and emails welcoming me, telling me the access code and how to check out via text! I had a wonderful experience!
