About this property

GulfSide Resort is family owned. We have 10 beautiful vacation suites that sit just a block and half from the sands of St Pete Beach. Easy walking distance to numerous beach bars, restaurants, and shopping. Our property is comfortable and relaxing. Each unit faces the pool. Parking is safe and close to your front door. We have a huge pool with fountain, a shuffleboard court and a putting green. Beautiful property! We have BBQ grills you can use along with beach chairs and beach toys for the kids.

Unit 10 features hardwood floors, California King bed w high thread count linens, reading area/desk, setee, and newly remodeled bathroom and kitchen that is stocked with microwave, stove, utensils, dishes, pots and pans. Bath features a shower. Perfect for one person, or a couple. It has approximately 400 SF and all of our units have split unit air conditioners that are efficient and quiet.

Great Stay

Staff was great, Very clean , close to everything that we needed. Will stay again, hopefully the weather will be better it was Cold!!

Jim and Kathy are fantastic

I would give Jim and Kathy a 10-star rating if i could. There was a mishap that almost made our stay impossible (no fault of anyone!) but Jim went to great lengths to accommodate. They both were kind, patient, great listeners. We are immensely grateful!

St Pete Beach Paradise

I can’t believe I found such a hidden gem a month before spring break during spring break. A very beautiful properly maintained Small 70s style hotel with a kidney shaped pool with a fountain in the middle. The owners were very cordial accommodating and the room had everything we wanted. I definitely am going to book here again
