Pre cruise stay

This is a great property with perfect location. We stayed here before leaving for a cruise of the islands and are looking forward to a couple of nights here when we get back next week Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Wonderful stay!

This was our first family trip - myself, my husband and 2 daughters ages 12 and 9. This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Check in was easy and loved that we had our own parking spot. We rented a car for the week so this was perfect. Everything was clean and ready for use. It has all the comforts of home. Laundry room was right next door which was super convenient. You are 10 mins from Waikiki beach and the main shops and restaurants. The owner Gina is very responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring break, first time visitors to Hawaii.

The unit was clean and nice, exactly what we were expecting! Gina was very friendly and informative. We called with a logistical question, she answered right away and helped us. Would stay here again!

Good rental with parking

This condo was exactly as listed. Having on site parking with in and out privileges was a plus. We could walk to a few places near by 7 -11 , waikiki brewery, several food trucks across the street. The owner was great with communication. There is not that much storage for clothing ( such as dressers) however , there was several hangers in the bedroom closets. There was laundry next to the unit which was very convenient.

I was born in Hawaii and grew up moving all over the mainland, as well as living in the Philippines for a short time. My father is retired from the Coast Guard.
My family lives in East Honolulu. I have 2 sons, one in college and the other in high school. Noa is a musician and Kai is a surfer and water-polo player and both are beautiful souls.
My husband of 20 years is also a surfer, my personal handyman, the renovator of this unit and the love of my life. He is also a journalist working as a news reporter, weather reporter and TV anchor at our local TV station, KITV Channel 4.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I have been trying to get a unit in this building for 4 years and finally we got lucky. We love the location of this building and the fact the there is a parking stall, which is extremely difficult to come by in Waikiki.
This our first rental property and we are very excited!

What makes this property unique

The location is conveniently located near Waikiki beach, an array of shopping opportunities and many restaurants.
We feel it's one of the best units in the building because it's on a high floor that faces the mountains and Ala Wai Canal, offering spectacular views.
Free parking is difficult to come by in Waikiki! We feel it's also one of the most desirable parking spots in the building as it enters directly into the lobby, no stairs needed to access.
