This end-unit townhouse with five bedrooms and five bathrooms in the private Canal Corkran community comfortably sleeps 11 and is walkable to all you need. Take the neighborhood trail to Rehoboth Avenue shops, restaurants, bars, farmers market (in season) and the beach. A 3-minute stroll gets you to the best local microbrewery, a 10 minute walk to one of Rehoboth’s most popular coffeehouse/bars, family bakery and a 25 minute walk gets you to the beach. No parking fees or hassles!

Everyone will love the large community pool (included) and the Junction & Breakwater Trail that runs along the community’s edge. This gravel and paved hiker/biker path winds through forests, the edge of Lewes and provides extraordinary views of the salt marshes on the way.

Sunny and bright, the unit includes an open floor plan on the first floor where the family can gather. On warm evenings, use the three-burner Weber grill on the back patio, or if it’s cool, sit in front of the gas fireplace (operating in winter months - deposit required) in the living room. Read a book on the patio beside the pond or the second-floor landing or have your coffee on the private second-floor deck overlooking the pond and the large grassed area where the kids can play. Our fully equipped kitchen includes a ground and pod coffee makers, spice rack and everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends.

Each of the two master suites have queen-sized beds. Additional rooms are furnished with a twin-sized bunk bed (weight limits of 140 lbs) and two side-by-side twins. The kids will love the bean bag chairs and big foam lounger. And you’ll find the third-floor room with a full bed + single pullout, a cozy space to relax.

With five washrooms, there should be no lineups, and with three levels, plenty of room to find quiet time. Two dedicated parking spaces and a third undedicated space are at your front door with more visitor parking available.

We recommend renting Sunday to Sunday to avoid Saturday traffic -- we're flexible!

Bring your own sheets and towels (pillows, bedspreads, mattress & pillow protectors provided) or subcontract linen service.

The Canal Corkran pool usually opens in late May and remains open to the first weekend in September and possibly to the end of that month.
