Walking distance to popular restaurants such as; Jake's, and Poseidon's for your casual and fine dining needs. A superb location in Del Mar, this home is located on Coast Boulevard between 18th and 19th street. Everything from upscale shopping to an assortment of restaurants is within walking distance.

The moment you walk in, you’ll feel right at home in this modern styled home. With tile countertops and breakfast bar, the spacious kitchen is great for cooking meals while socializing with friends and family in an open floor plan. Right off the living room you’ll enjoy the outside patio with outdoor grill, dining set for six, and small garden making this home an enjoyable place to entertain and relax.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and is adjacent to the second bathroom. The third bedroom is a granny flat with king bed, bathroom and is accessible via private entrance.

Also included; fully equipped kitchen, new flat screen television with U-Verse cable, wifi, washer/dryer, linens, bath and beach towels, beach chairs and two parking spaces.

Del Mar Property

This was our 2nd year to stay at this property. The ease of working with Tom & Melissa & the rest of the crew made our 2nd visit stress-free. Can’t beat the location. Can’t ask for a nicer, more attentive group of people. Thanks!

This is a great location for a few days in Del Mar. Only blocks to the beach, restaurants and downtown!
