Karin is from British Columbia, Canada. After coming to Cabo five years ago, she fell in love with the dry climate, and the Baja desert lifestyle. Having grown up on the Pacific Ocean on Vancouver Island, and never having the ability to swim in the Pacific as it was too cold, she found it a novelty that the water is so warm and many of the beaches are just as beautiful as the Gulf of Mexico. Karin loves the Mexican culture and embraces the people here as she learns Spanish and supports the less fortunate in the area. A member of Cabo Church, she encourages you to drop in for a service while here and learn how you might also help local families in need. Karin is an active Mortgage Broker for over 22 years in Canada. She can assist you with financing on a property in Cabo. When not enjoying fun in the sun, she is working hard to help her clients discover the joys that 55+ can bring with reverse mortgages, equity take outs, and leveraging equity to purchase vacation homes and property.

It´s the beauty of the architectural design of the complex, the way its perched on the side of the hill overlooking town, the friendliest of people, and the well maintained grounds with beautiful palm trees and flowers. And once you stay in Pedregal, you will always return. The location is spectacular, convenient, and the safest area you will find. It is truly unmatched.
What makes this property unique
Its so close to everything! You can easily walk to town or the marina in minutes, yet get away from it all and still have a quiet night and restful sleep. It has beautiful sunrise views overlooking town and the Sea of Cortez, and equally impressive sunsets on the Pacific from our very own Sunset Beach on Pedregal. The fireworks in the bay and the cruise ships coming in and out are a sight to see. You can get a great hike/walk up the hill right behind the complex with unsurpassed views and moonlit splendour over the entire Lands End from the top of Pedregal. It´s really is breathtaking! I love how close it is to the farmers market so I can pick up fresh, locally grown organic fruit and veggies, or have a live juice or coffee after my morning walk. Just recently, Pedregal opened private pickle ball courts and a courtside cafe where you can enjoy a hearty breakfast and have a game or two with friends. Its a nice addition to an already amazing location in the Cabo area.
