No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
No guests under the age of 25 are permitted, regardless of marital status and/or military status.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location!

The views were breathtaking and convenient to the beach. We had an issue with no hot water for 3 days which was frustrating but eventually corrected after several calls.

Wonderful family condo

This was our first time staying at Tops’L. It was wonderful!!! The condo was amazing! Looked like it was recently redone and they did a wonderful job. Very clean! Loved having extra fans in every room! The extra large corner balcony was the cherry on top! Beautiful views on the beach and pool! We will be back!

Thankful on Thanksgiving!

My family enjoyed this lovely condo the week of Thanksgiving! Comfortable bedrooms, living area, and outdoor patios. Beautifully decorated and fully stocked. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner at the condo and had everything we needed. It was a quiet time at TOPS'L that week so was easy to get around and park. Love Destin and all the options for restaurants and shops around. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Highly recommend

I hate to give a great review because of selfish reasons. I don’t want anyone else to know. Perfect for a two couple getaway because you can never find a place with 2 masters with a view. Fantastic.
