* Per the local El Dorado County ordinance, noise must be kept respectful at all times, especially between the 10pm and 8am quiet period.
* The county prohibits hot tub use between the 10pm and 8am quiet period
* 5 cars MAX - 3 in garage, 2 in driveway (consider parking one at Casino if needed)
* Leaving garbage outside, not in the bear box is a violation of the short term rental ordinance, and can lead to fines. Trash should be in bear box with lid on, or in the garage if no room in bear box.
* Surveillance: driveway, and door have surveillance systems. NoiseAware sensor exists inside home and outside patio to monitor decibel noise levels (nothing discernible). Learn more about this system by visiting Noise Aware's website.
* Main floor is accessible without stairs (small step ups).
* Please do not stand on or abuse the hot tub cover
* Please keep sledding to designated areas around town. Sledding is not permitted on the property, and please do not trespass on neighboring properties.
We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 20 people into a house and party, this is not it. Please no celebratory parties like bachelor, bachelorette, etc. This is a family oriented, tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES.
Guests agree to comply with El Dorado County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately), and failing to do so, or violation of home rules in the listing, may result in egregious penalties, forfeiture of security deposit, and even eviction. GUEST COVID-19 NOTICE:
We have developed a COVID-19 Plan which includes several additional measures and modifications to our operations and policies to help mitigate the risk of COVID-19 transmission. Some of these are identified below. Despite these efforts, we cannot eliminate the risk of COVID-19 transmission so please be extremely cautious and careful and travel at your own risk!
* Best Practice: Please wash hand thoroughly, especially when leaving or entering home. Use sanitizer where available as extra measure. Be mindful of guidance for physical distancing and use of face coverings when in public.
* Symptomatic / Positive Test: If you are knowingly / suspected to be infected with COVID-19 please contact us right away. Extra measures will be taken in such cases.
* Increased Surface Cleaning and Disinfecting: Surfaces and highly touched items are cleaned and dis-infected
* Vacuum cleaner w/ HEPA filter: we have supplemented vacuum inventory with additional HEPA filter vacuums and staff are instructed to use these.
* Linens and Trash: Sheets and towels are professionally laundered every-time, and trash is hauled off site promptly.
* Staff Policy: Staff are instructed not to work if exhibiting symptoms.
* Comforters: A fresh comforter casing system every booking.
