About this property

Our home is conveniently located 10 minutes away from the UMass Amherst and Amherst College campuses. We have a swing set, tennis court, basketball court, and hot tub in our backyard. Our home would be a great place for a large visiting family to spend time in Western Massachusetts.

There are five bedrooms - all on the second floor. The master bedroom is a suite with a walk-in closet as well as a private bathroom. There are two other full bathrooms on the second floor.

The third floor is a large open space with many toys and games for the kids. We also have a TV viewing area for the whole family to congregate. This is our favorite area of the house.

In the basement we have a brand new exercise room with a rower and weights. There is also a treadmill on the third floor.

Graduation season is by far our most inquired about time and perfect for extended family. We are also open to other short-term and long-term rentals.

Very Nice

This house was great for a group of classmates back at Amherst for out 40th college reunion. We had a nice dinner on the porch, took advantage of the excellent air conditioning, and enjoyed having comfortable private space. Much better than camping in a dorm room, and enough to attract some infrequent reunion attendees back to the Pioneer Valley.

Great house with lots of options for activities

Very spacious house with lots of options for activities. Close to Deerfield, Route 9 and area colleges. We really enjoyed our weekend at the house!

Great Place to Stay

Just an overall great place to stay. The home is large and offers enough privacy for you and your family or business associates. The communication with the owners was easy. They were always quick to respond. Loved the location and loved staying in the home.
