This home is as nice and cozy as any of our homes after we gutted it from top to bottom. Now, we have a great property that is in great shape and rents a lot because of the quality and location. Everything close by.

Large yard, room for everyone. Newly remodeled & new carpet, this custom home is sure to delight. With 2 family rooms and private hot tub you get a lot of value for the price. Private separate entrance to basement is also great for easier access.

Great house for 10

We had 10 in our group and loved staying here. The hot tub was clean and nice and hot, and the sofas were comfortable. We really liked it here. Also, we were surprised by the service we got from the management company (UBVR). They are very good at what they do. We'll be back.

Highly Recommend

Our family headed to Salt Lake for a last minute holiday. We loved this house. The owners let us know they had just bought new couches and TV's. The couch was so comfortable and nice, we probably spent more time on it then we should have watching the TV! ;) My kids played for hours between the Foosball, and the hot tub. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our time as a family. We will be back.

For the price can't beat the location

The home is quite comfortable, but the location is unbeatable. We used to live in Utah and came back to ski, and this home was the perfect central location to everything. Freeway is just around the corner, and shops and grocery store within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay. The home had nice new sofas in the family room, new flatcreen TVs, and the hot tub worked great. For the price, I would stay here again. And the service of Utah's Best Vacation Rentals was top notch. Wendy even got us $25 off per person on our lift tickets which saved us all quite a bit. Thanks again!

Worse Rental in 7 years

I own a business and we travel the US. We rent a home almost monthly. Spiders and lots of them on the bottom floor. Carpet stinks, will have to buy lots of air freshener. 2 showers but can only use 1 at a time and do not run water anywhere else in the house or it will mess with the water pressure and temperature. The dish washer and hot tub need repairs and are run down. The 2 tv's in the downstairs bedrooms do not work. First they said they are only for watching DVDS but there were no DVD players. They brought antennas but they freeze and glitch and you cant watch them. The dryer only works on 1 of the settings, sometimes. Theres hardly any lighting in the house and when you turn on the dryer all the lights flicker, or the dish washer or just because. Worse House ever, would rather have stayed in a for a month.

We have had hundreds of reservations here who have really enjoyed the home so we were surprised. We have alerted our staff and made as many updates to equipment, cleanliness, and other items mentioned. Rest assured, this is a nice home in an unbeatable centralized location in Salt Lake right off the freeway, and we just replaced the sofas in the family room and put in a new TV and nicer hot tub. Impressed - clean, great location

We stayed here for a snowboarding trip last week. The cleanliness and location was unbeatable. We were very central and able to get to any mountain we wanted to go without driving too far. The supermarket was 2 blocks away and was 24 hours! Overall, our experience with this rental property and with the staff was highly recommended and would definitely rent again in the future.

Ok place

We stayed for a family reunion over the weekend and the property was ok. The hot tub heater was broken and nobody from the company realized it until we had them call their maintenance man. Also, the shower curtain downstairs needed to be washed - old soap residue hung on it. The yard was large and the renovations were nice to update the place. In a quiet but old neighborhood.

This hoe is very nicely appointed now with big large TVs and comforts of home. You won't be disappointed. Location off the freeway and in the middle of the Salt Lake valley is unbeatable.   • Located .1 miles from the on ramp to I-15 freeway, right in the middle of the entire Salt Lake Valley. 15 Miles to the Cottonwood Canyons to ski, 1 minute from every fine dining and fast food restaurant you will need. Only 33 miles to world famous Park City with it's easy access to all freeways. Home also has a fully fenced yard that is actually pretty big.
