We welcome well trained non-shedding dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. Needs UPDATING

I know these properties get a lot of use. This one needs updating. Needs a good cleaning the whole place. Kitchen needs organization and new cutting board and plastic glasses. Need new sheets. Need new towels. New mattress. Floor is coming apart in some areas. Steps need fixing. It would be nice to have at least 2 beach chairs. Underneath the condo is a mess. The deck lounge chairs need cushions. I’ve stayed at panhandle properties before. I understand these are used a lot. But comes a time when updating is needed. Grill rusty and gross. I would not stay again.

Family vacation

The property was nice. It could use a little updating. But overall we loved it. The only thing was that it was a dog friendly rental but we could not take our dog to the beach there. Would book again for sure.
