While the rest of the Village of Loon complex was developed in the 70's this house was built in 2009. The condo features modern amenities, stainless appliances, hardwood floors, stone fireplace etc. Ideal for large groups or multiple families. The townhouse includes an attached in-law apartment with an additional kitchen and living room and a separate entrance from the street.

Q: What measures have you put in place for summer 2020 due to COVID-19?
A: The key measures are:
* We require a minimum of 24 hrs between guests.
* The cleaners wear PPE (face masks and gloves).
* Door knobs, light switches, remotes, hand rails, thermostats and other high touch areas are sanitized with Clorox wipes after each guest.
* Cleaners use an Ecolab hand spray sanitizing solution which is an EPA-registered disinfectant cleaner for use in hospitals. It kills HIV-1, MRSA, VRE, herpes simplex I and II and other pathogens. Rinse-free and has pleasant fragrance.
* We don't use blankets, only comforters with duvet covers which are washed after each guest.

A: The coffee maker in the unit is a regular machine and not a Keurig.

A: The closest grocery store is Price Chopper in Lincoln, 2 miles away.

Q: How does the check-in work?
A: You will receive a unique code for the key-lock on the door at least 24 hours prior to check-in.

A: Depends on when the previous guests checked out. Please contact us.

A: There is no hot tub in the house, but you have free access to hot tubs in the Village of Loon health club.

Q: Do you have a BBQ grill?
A: Yes, a 4-burner gas grill on the deck. Check house manual for safety instructions.

Q: Is the fireplace operational?
A: Yes, but we turn it off for the summer season for safety and indoor climate reasons. It generates a lot of heat.

A: No. Pets are not allowed since we have allergies in the family.
