You will love the Loft bedroom that captures views of the Santa Rosa Sound! It features a Tempur-Pedic, king-size bed (sleeps 2), a balcony view, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), featuring a memory foam mattress and topper, in the living area. There is a half bathroom in the living area as well. Lastly, there is an adorable backyard and patio with an outdoor shower.

Enjoy preparing any meal in the fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.

- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.

***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
