About this property

Extremely convenient location off Parkway almost exactly half way between Gatlinburg Pigeon Forge, slightly closer to Gatlinburg. The new construction cabin is located in Settler's Ridge Way subdivision which has a community pool/work out facility. Enjoy the beautiful views of Mt. LeConte from anyone of the three balconies, without any rooftop obstructions. All of the cabins within the community are located on large wooded lots to maximize your private and tranquil experience.

Our cabin has four bedrooms, each with their own on-suite bathroom, a smart 4K 50" TV with cable and high speed internet service and have their own individual access to the covered deck. All of the bedrooms are equipped with a king "Gnarly" log bed. The downstairs bedroom also has a queen sofa sleeper.

On the main level you will find a fully stocked kitchen with the normal kitchen appliances along with many extras, like a Keurig, standard regular coffee maker, and a toaster oven. An open concept will make enjoying family dinners and gatherings easy with the large island table with seating for ten just off the living room, which has a 50" smart TV above the fireplace. Also on the main level the cabin has a multi seat theater room with leather reclining seating and an 80" 4K television equipped with smart TV applications.

Upstairs there is an open game room which has multiple video games, 50" smart TV and another sleeping sofa. There is two additional bedrooms off of the game room. Each bedroom contains a King bed, 50" 4K smart TV, four drawer dresser and their own bath.

Downstairs contains another bedroom with King bed, sofa sleeper in the sitting area which faces another 50" 4K smart TV and two four drawer dressers.

Lastly, with over 15,000 cabin rentals in the area, enjoy staying with us at "Gatlinburg Pooltastic View" and enjoy the INDOOR heated pool. While the kids are playing in the 85 degree heated pool, the adults can relax in the hot tub over looking the mountain range.

Disappointing

We were there for a soccer tournament. We arrived for check in at 4pm but the cleaners were still working and said they would be at least another hour and a half. We had to go change at a gas station bathroom. The second day we lost all water. Called the owner and he asked me to walk around checking things around the house and walking over to check with other cabins to see if they had water. I felt like I was at work. The downstairs was very cold and we could not get it warm. It was very disappointing!

Christmas in the Smokies

Our family Christmas vacation was amazing! The cabin was perfect. The kids never got bored. Chris was an awesome host and stayed in contact with us. We are already thinking about booking it again next year for Christmas. We left with lots of memories.

Thanksgiving 2023

The property was the perfect size for a family of 12, the hot tub was great for 4 people, the indoor pool was great for the kids, the movie theater room was perfect for college football! The parking was tight for 3 vehicles but once it was figured out it was no problem. This property has it all. Only thing I can say was missing was pot holders in the kitchen lol we managed though.

Fun Trip

Chris was great at answering any questions I had immediately. The only issue we had was the construction going on right next door. They had their lumber in stacks along the road, taking up a lot of room. They had some blocking the driveway and was very loud first thing in the morning all day long. House is beautiful and over all we had a good time.
