This property is a Saturday to Saturday booking only.

Three large balconies overlook BREATHTAKING views of the Atlantic Ocean! The floor-to-ceiling windows bring the ocean right to you! 2,600 square feet of elegant coastal living in this nearly new custom home boasts a 2nd-floor master suite with a private veranda overlooking the ocean. The main floor has an open living, dining, kitchen area, and one bedroom (King) and bath as well. In addition to the master suite (King) with an ensuite bathroom, the upper level has two bedrooms (Queen, Twins) that share the third bathroom. 5 TVs: 4 in the house and one in the summer kitchen; one DVD player!

The ground level has a large covered area with a fabulous summer kitchen (gas grill) and a comfy sitting area overlooking the pool/swim/spa has plenty of seating for dining, relaxing, sunning, or sitting at the kitchen bar! The pool has a waterfall feature as well! (12 X 30 and 5' deep) .

All the amenities you would need including a ping pong table, double kayak, 2 paddleboards, paddles, life jackets, central heat and air, washer/dryer, hi-speed wireless internet, 50' of concrete dockage with fish cleaning table, and bait freezer. Indoor kitchen seating for 8 people, outside for 10 plus 5 barstools. For your enjoyment, a double kayak is provided with life jackets and paddles.

Please note the property has a control depth of 3' and there could be time when the tide poses a problem when you enter and exit the property.
$45 Management Fee is Damage Insurance covering up to 3k in damages.

Marathon is a large island centrally located in the Florida Keys! It has many of the conveniences you are used to, including two grocery stores, a pharmacy, a hospital, and many wonderful restaurants and shops! It has lots of family-friendly activities such as The Turtle Hospital, Aquarium Encounters, Pigeon Key, Crane Point Museum and Nature Center, Dolphin Research Center on Grassy Key, and others. Marathon also has two public beaches: Coco Plum and Sombrero Beach! Only 20 minutes from Bahia Honda State Park, an hour from Key West, and 40 minutes from Islamorada, you have wonderful day trip options as well!

Spring break 2024

Beautiful escape

Beautiful home with fabulous location House was clean and well cared for overal Had great pool and outdoor area Had some maintenance issues that were dealt with in timely manner A bit tricky getting out to deep water but no serious issues Kayak and paddle board should be replaced they are in bad condition

The stay was amazing. The view, the accommodations, the outside area, and pool were all amazing. This is the vacation be had been hoping for. The customer service and communication with the property management team was great. They checked in to make sure everything met our expectations. Check-in and check-out were simple.

Lovely space for a relaxing vacation

Our family and friends loved staying in this house. The living spaces and bedrooms were perfect for all the kids and adults. Loved how modern and clean the space was. The downstairs area was much enjoyed during our two week stay. Kids enjoyed the pool and adults enjoyed the evening swims with the downstairs kitchen. We vacationed with our 24 ft boat; one thing to note is how shallow the channel is getting out. The actual channel where the house is fine, but when getting out into the main channel, it gets very shallow (less than 1.5 ft during low tide). Make sure you stay to the side when coming out and then get up on plane immediately in the straight away. After the first couple trips, we figured it out. But definitely something that needs to be learned quickly.

Paradise in Marathon!

From the perfect pool that overlooks the ocean to the incredible views from every bedroom, this rental was perfect for our family of 7 adults. The lower level master bedroom had a comfy bed with crisp, clean sheets, a lovely view of the ocean, and a huge bathroom. The master bedroom on the top floor had an incredibly comfortable king bed with perfect bedding, lots of dresser space for our clothes, an AMAZING ocean view, and a bathroom fit for a queen! Each morning, I sat on the master bedroom balcony on the very comfortable chairs and waited for the manatee to swim by our dock. He never missed a day for his early swim! The kitchen was excellently equipped with everything from silverware to coffee makers. It even had a crock pot, toaster, lots of drinkware, a table for 8, a clean and large refrigerator, as well as plenty of cookware. The laundry room has a washer and dryer with plenty of space to fold laundry. The living room was comfy, the television was large, and there were plenty of board games for family game nights. The downstairs area was impeccable. The outdoor kitchen and eating area were next level. The pool had a waterfall with lights for night swimming. The water temperature was always perfect. The seating and layout chairs were on point. THE VIEW from the pool….WOWZERS! We enjoyed using the paddleboard and Kayak. The surround sound downstairs is wonderful. They even have a television that you can watch while lounging outside. We had access to beach chairs, pool toys, a ping pong table and more. They even have a bait freezer. The only drawback to this house is there is no bathroom downstairs. This is the ONLY drawback about this property, but it will not keep us away. We will surely be back. Finally, Meredith from Pineapple Properties is attentive and timely. I had a few silly questions, and when I emailed her, she answered immediately. I give this house and Pineapple Properties a 10 out of 10!
