Wonderful and Relaxing

Ladybug Cottage is super clean and comfortable. The outdoor space is beautiful and quiet. This is the place to stay in Fruita!

Why they chose this property

We like the location because of the location to downtown - Just 3 blocks from coffee, dining and pubs. The huge backyard very nice with green grass and fully fenced. The kitchen flows and is wonderful for cooking big meals with friends. The outdoor patio is also super convenient!

What makes this property unique

Ladybug House is a great find in Fruita. Comfort abounds with a Private Master Suite, Open Kitchen - Dining - Living Area & plenty of places to relax or work. Large yard w/ firepit makes this perfect for the whole family - dogs welcome!
