4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms, sleeps 11. Four-bedroom condo in a very convenient location, just park your car and walk to the beach, boardwalk, and all the best that Ocean City has to offer. The spacious first floor boasts a wide-open floor plan with a large fully-stocked kitchen. The first bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed and a large closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The large master has a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and beautiful king bed. Two and a half baths are on the same floor as the bedrooms. Downstairs there is a fully enclosed full-sized outside bath. Full-sized washer and dryer, iron, and board are included.

Linens, paper products, and towels are NOT INCLUDED.

Chairs, buckets, shovels, beach toys, and foam bodyboards are provided as a convenience as well as the use of a wagon to carry beach items.

We are two blocks from the tennis courts, two blocks from the high school track, and a few short blocks to the Bay for our beautiful sunsets! Walk a few steps to Positively 4th Street for amazing morning coffee. Save room for dessert, we're right next door to Annie's Carousel Ice Cream!

Excellent first floor condo!

We loved staying at this house! It's very clean, organized, quite roomy, and has so many wonderful amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked and has ample space for groceries and anything else you bring along. Provided in the garage are beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, and beach toys. We have 3 young children and the walk to the beach from here is not bad at all. The front porch is a great place to relax. Annie's ice cream two doors down is a great treat, too! The owner is responsive and friendly! Great choice for your stay in OCNJ!

Perfect week at the beach weather wise

The first red flag was a snippy retort when I asked the owner a question and was directed to her website. On arrival at the house I received an email with the code at approximately 1:10pm. Checking is at 3pm. Our grandsons needed to use the bathroom. I received a text from Jennifer to call her. “I need you to vacate the property immediately.” Was an extra hour and a half out of the question? We were renting for a week. I assume hospitality is included in the rent. Apparently not. The house was beautiful and comfortable. All the amenities were accurate However it’s a quarter mile walk to the beach and that’s being generous. Also slightly deceiving is you are not renting the entire house. Upstairs is another owner.Thank you, Ed you are a fantastic property manager. Jennifer, I assume you are not a customer service person.

Beautiful place

Loved the place! So new and clean, love the layout, decor is beautiful, beds are comfortable. Great location. It's fun to watch the people line up in the evenings for ice cream at the awesome ice cream shop two doors down. My family found their new favorite ice cream. Overall this house is a super place to stay.

Phenomenal Experience in a Perfect Property

House was extremely clean up on arrival. Totally stocked with everything you could possibly one of the beach (chairs boogie boards bikes sand toys). Absolutely loved having the downstairs shower so that we could get all sand off before entering upstairs into the property. Front porch was terrific to sit out at night and read. Being so close to the ice cream shop made for a delightful extra treat each day. Proximity to the boardwalk was absolutely outstanding, and there is a terrific cross breeze that comes down Atlantic Avenue, and we never had bugs or significant heat at all when sitting outside. Can’t think of a single thing we’d wished was different. Would stay again in a heartbeat. We did not want to leave!!

Beautiful, clean and Comfy home!

We had an amazing time in this lovely home with our family. The location was convenient, especially being located next to Annie’s Carousel ice cream. We were able to enjoy the ice cream with our grandchildren on this home’s beautiful front deck. The complementary bikes worked out perfect for us. This home was very clean and comfy, we would definitely stay here again!
