Upon entering, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen on your right, including all utensils, appliances, and cookware needed to create your own meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, offering plenty of room to spread out. The dining table seats your guests and there are additional bar chairs by the kitchen’s breakfast bar. You will find a half-bath between the dining area and living room, for added convenience.

Step into the cozy living room, boasting matching furnishings and tasteful décor, along with a large television and DVD player combination. Enjoy a relaxing movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or simply exploring all that Miramar Beach has to offer. The living room leads directly out to the spacious, screened-in lanai, offering a dining table and a gas grill, perfect for grilling out and making lasting memories with your family while taking in the lovely scenic views of the lake. Up the stairs to the second floor, you will find both bedrooms with two full bathrooms. The inviting main bedroom boasts red accents and tasteful décor and includes a large flat-screen television and DVD player, perfect for kicking your feet up and relaxing.

Please remove and replace the cords from inside the inflatable sleeper sofa's zip-up encasement after use to prevent damage.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
