I would stay here again.
I tried contacting the host for early check in and they never responded. I had to call the number given in order to get a hold of someone. During check in, it says that a parking pass will be included in the check in envelope. It was not. I had to go to the front desk to get that and other parking tags. And, even though the unit slept 8, only 1 parking pass was included in the stay. The complex: not included in the listing details, there is a VIP shuttle that the complex offers. You have to go to the front desk for the information. Luckily, someone we stayed with was familiar enough with the complex to know that it existed and tell me to ask about it. It's a great perk! The amenities offered a nice too. 3 hot tubs, sauna, indoor and outdoor pool. The unit: the large one bedroom stayed very cold (even after adjusting the temp) while the main living and other sleeping spaces were hot most of the stay. There were plenty of towels, linens, and kitchen supplies. The kitchen was one of the better stocked rentals I've stayed in. But it is very tight. The drawer under the stove is barely functional and the dish washer capacity is limited due to it being located under the sink. When stripping the beds for check out, the pillows need replaced. They are yellow. The location: 10/10! Less than 5 min to/from the slopes. Walking distance to a very cute grocery and liquor store that also has food and ice cream. Less than 10 min shuttle to downtown.

Great Affordable Option for a Small Group
Loved the location the most of this place. It was really close to the gondola square, rental gear pickup and a bus stop. The spaced out rooms were really nice to give everyone space. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were stocked with just about everything you would need from appliances to extra blankets and humidifiers. The large hottubs and outdoor pools just a short walk away made the trip fantastic. My only knock from 5 stars was the shuttle service and kind of overall organization of the place/complex. This unit is a part of one complex that is a part of a larger complex. And they all have similar names. Which is great, but confusing when it comes to getting a shuttle pickup and a little confusing when checking in. Luckily, communication via text, emails and phone calls made it easy to check-in with great customer service. Some of the shuttle drivers were great, friendly and helpful with figuring out where to go, but some were not and were pretty rude about us not being at the right locations. Blaming us instead of it was all due to poor customer communication. We would have a better idea of the right location if the person on the phone who we made the pickup with gave better instructions. Each time we called they gave no help just said, "where you checked in at" and immediately hung up the phone. There are about 3-5 different check-in locations so that is not a specific spot for every guest. Just a more fluid system for location names would be more helpful. Like a No. 1 spot or the Blue spot. Or just all pick up at the same location. But more importantly, have the employees better communicate with the customer. Other than that, the place has a few outdated interiors such as cabinets, heating and less than perfect beds. And a community laundry area is not the most convenient for some. But all are fair tradeoffs for the price. Such a bargain for all you get! Overall would definitely come back to this place! Thanks for having us!
