This 2 bedroom duplex is beautifully decorated and is minutes from the historic 39th street district with lots restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups and only blocks from KU Medical Center. The neighborhood is nice and quiet...This property is managed by Karat Vacation Rental Management

Great for the price

The property was clean and in a great place to get where I needed to go. The backyard *is* shared with the other half of the duplex. They were quick to respond and very helpful.

Glad we found it…owner is a hard worker and great host!

The owner is a hard-working committed professional who seems to be willing to do whatever it takes to help you be comfortable! This unit is basic…and maybe needs new furniture. Couch and chair in living room are old and they were stained. Owner offered to come and clean them but we have dogs and it would have presented a hassle for us we didn’t have time to deal with. This was the only real negative about the property itself. Has a nice yard, is located close to the Plaza, and plenty of shopping nearby. Kitchen has been well appointed with what you need and everything is in good working order. Again- 5stars for the host…but only 3 for the cleaning service as they should have informed him of the condition of his upholstery. Personally, I’d advise the very kind and very responsive owner to get some new furniture and I’d come back if he would have us. Wanted to give five stars but needs the upholstery cleaned (or replaced)…but incredibly grateful!
