Freshly renovated, this condo features new carpet throughout, updated décor and artwork, a brand-new memory foam mattress in the main bedroom, and 8k TVs. Shrug off your concerns and slip into something casual then head down to the game room for a game of air hockey or Ping-Pong with the kids.

You'll love cooking in the suite's fully-equipped kitchen with its stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. When it comes time to dine, gather family-style around the formal dining table or enjoy an alfresco meal on the balcony.

Around the resort, take advantage of warm soaks in the shared hot tubs and refreshing dips in the community pool. Near your stay, you'll be just blocks away from the heart of downtown Breckenridge with its shops, restaurants, and family-friendly activities. You'll also be close to all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, and swimming. The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa of Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.
Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals, and the CU Tavern.
Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limit of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season. Downtown Breckenridge is a 10-minute walk away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
