It accommodates up to eight guests comfortably, with a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and one guest bedroom, a queen-size bed in the additional guest bedroom, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. With elegant tile and wood flooring throughout, updated, comfortable décor and plenty of room to spread out, Spanish key 407 provides a truly “at home” ambiance. Upon entering, you will find a cozy guest bedroom on your right, including an HD flat-screen television, a comfortable couch and matching décor. The guest bedroom leads into its own private guest bath, which includes a single vanity and tub/shower combination. The additional guest bedroom, just a short distance down the hall, also includes an HD flat-screen television. This bedroom leads into an additional guest bathroom, which is also accessible from the hall area. This guest bath features a single vanity and tub/shower combination, along with beachy-themed décor. Down the hall, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen, boasting stunning tiled backsplash and granite countertops, along with will all utensils and appliances needed to create your own meals at home. The kitchen leads into the dining area and living room. The dining table seats up to four guests, and there are four additional bar seats by the breakfast bar area. Adjacent to the dining table is a wet bar area, equipped with a mini-fridge and extra cabinet space.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
