Waterscape condos are located on beautiful Okaloosa Island, which is famous for its emerald green waters and white sandy beaches. This resort was constructed as a U-shaped property to house the ‚Äúheartbeat' of the facility; the tropical oasis and pools. Waterscape condos has a two tiered pool deck separated by a 10-foot waterfall. The lower pool deck includes a large zero entry pool with spray toys and lily pads for the young at heart. The resort's lower pool deck features a long lazy river for you to float down on resort inner tubes. The upper deck houses a seasonally heated pool. There is a children's splash area on the upper pool deck that features toys for toddlers and a covered play area for maximum sun protection. There are two hot tubs located in the tropical oasis for your relaxation.

Decent Condo

First of all, the vacasa people were great and easy to work with. With that being said, I’ve read several reviews about furniture, needing updating toilet seats needing fixing, etc. and I expected this to be done prior to my arrival. The furniture still needs updating or replaced in the living room Master bedroom and just some TLC.

Fun beach view

From our balcony you could see the beach and the lazy river. We came for our honeymoon last year and came back for our anniversary this year. The room is nice enough, big walk in shower and and a large tub. Living room furniture is a little lackluster but we didn’t spend a ton of time in there anyway. Rooms are good though. Room was clean when we got there. We enjoy the pools and hot tub. The food at the fudpuckers by the pools is good. Beach is clean. Reallyyy close to Destin. Overall great place.

The unit had enough space for 4 comfortably. The shower door in the master would not completely close. The couch and chair were tired and could use replacing. The map given at check in was not very informative. The garage and location of the unit was difficult. The garage could use better signage. Thanks.
