About this property

Deer Run is an accessible suite located on the lower level of The Lodge in Westglow Village. Deer Run underwent an extensive renovation in 2015 and 2018 and features Mitchell Gold+Bob Williams furnishings throughout. There is an accessible ramp from the parking area into the suite. The living room contains a gas log fireplace and a sleeper sofa for two and an LCD television. Down the hall is a closet containing a small refrigerator and coffee maker. At the end of the hall is a king bed bedroom with a large LCD television. Off the bedroom is a private accessible bath containing a tub/shower. Outside is a private covered deck with forest views and Grandfather Mountain in the distance.

Deer Run is subject to a minimum two-night stay from June 1 through October 31.

Recharge and rejuvenate at Resort and Spa

The property is a little dated, but is still nice and clean. The resort and spa is across the road and up the hill. Downtown Blowing Rock is about 5 minutes away, so the location is great! Can’t wait to see what the new ownership group does with the Resort.

Parent’s Weekend Retreat

Comfortable spot in the woods with all the amenities. Loved the porch with Adirondack Chairs and nice view for coffee! Comfortable King Bed and my wife loved the Kuerig and the fridge for the creamers she packed!
