Wonderful location, great view!

This was my first time in PCB. My girlfriend actually stayed in this very same unit early last year, so I booked it based on her glowing review. I was very impressed with the location, and the unit itself. It was fully stocked with the necessary utensils and cookware to cook a lot of our meals! It is within walking distance of a lot of shops and our favorite restaurant on this trip, Pineapple Willie’s! I would definitely stay here again! We all had a great time, and the only thing I regret is not staying longer.

Family spring break

The property is beautifully maintained and the view large balcony blew us away. Even with the spring breakers our beach was not crowded. Had a great time and would definitely return.

Great location

I have stayed at multiple condos along the panhandle of Florida, and this was the best. -The primary room is bigger than the photos show -The primary bath doesn’t have a double vanity, BUT lots of counter space and two different types of shower heads. -Everything was CLEAN. No sand on the floor. No stuck on food on the cutlery and dishes. Even the main bathtub (I have toddlers and we did baths. I always clean the tub with bleach before use. And there was no soap scum, no residue.) -The beds in the second rooms were plush and had wonderful linens. Super comfortable. Usually people would want to stay in the primary, but that secondary room had me in my feelings. -Everything worked! I mean the washing machine really cleaned. The dry really dried. The dish washer cleaned and the fridge was cold. The whole condo literally felt like a home. No signs of wear and tear you get with so many other rentals. Everything you needed was there and well organized. As a side note, the coffee machine takes both kpods and coffee ground. Great communication. For some reason, I didn’t get the email with the door code. However, Tina got me what I needed and she was on a cruise with terrible reception. That is support! Will totally stay again!

WONDERFUL View .. Top Quality Apartment

Our host “Tina” was as wonderful as the view. Tina recommended many amazing restaurants the food was delicious. Sadly our weather was pretty cold when we first arrived but we enjoyed many of the hiking trails in the local parks. The apartments are beautiful, plenty of room on the balcony, it certainly was wonderful hearing the ocean all night long and sitting up in bed looking through the glass at the beautiful water. The beaches are clean and if you have children there certainly is enough for them to do. If you like miniature golf Panama beach has to be the capital of miniature golf there must be 15 of them. We chose a day drive down to port Saint Joe there is a wonderful State Park their jets out into the ocean in beautiful beaches set a little back from the main Rd. It's a quaint go colonial town. Tina runs a first class rental here everything was modern and the rooms are spacious this is an excellent place for a family to stay I highly recommend this accommodation…

We vacationed at Oceanvilla a few times before our purchase, we loved the convenience of shopping and entertainment, the parking garage, elevators and pool area. I especially loved the big balconies and wide beach area.
