North Fork Beach House - short walk to Peconic Bay

This wonderful beach House is located in the beautiful Fleet's Neck neighborhood facing the Peconic Bay. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach along with easy beach parking. The nearby beach has beautiful views filled with sailboats in the summer. The house is close to the local supermarket, Braun Seafood, vineyards, Greenpoint Brewery and many farm stands. The house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably. It is situated on 1/2 an acre lot, with water views, lawn to play and an outdoor shower. There is a spacious outdoor deck for dining, cocktails or a morning coffee. The house comes equipped with a two person kayak and bikes. It is 90 miles from NYC, 15 minutes to Greenport and 25 minutes to Orient Point Ferry.

fantastic beach cabin

my family spent a week in october here. the house is so cozy and clean, beds and linens very comfortable. we walked 5mins to the beach every day and my girls played in the park.charming neighborhood. lots of restaurants in greenport and pumpkin patches all over the north fork, cuthogue is very central. loved our time would return, wonderful host.

Perfect!

Our family had a wonderful and relaxing vacation on the North Fork. The location of the house was perfect (close to wineries, restaurants, the beach), and it was fully supplied with everything we needed while we were there. Kate was very helpful answering questions prior to our arrival, and everything was exactly as described. We can’t wait to go back!!!

Such a special house and spot

We so enjoyed our stay at this charming house. The location is hard to beat, with a beach and playground at the end of the street and town just a quick ride up the road. We visit my family every summer on the north fork and this was hands down our favorite house so far!

Cutchogue Gem

We were delighted with the beautiful location, modern amenities, private back yard, and location to the NoFo. This was the perfect house for our family summer get togher. We hope to return!
