About this property

Relaxing Mid-Century Mountain Retreat with AC and EV charging

This is the serenity you’ve been seeking! Tucked in the trees above Lake Arrowhead, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of pines and oaks, makes it the perfect getaway or WFH (Work From Home) location. This 2400-square-foot, two-story home features an open floor plan. The first floor boasts plenty of space for living, dining, watching TV, and relaxing. The second floor is dedicated to bedrooms. There are also numerous outdoor areas where you can unwind among the trees - from the front deck to the outdoor dining and BBQ area, as well as three outdoor couches for reading or enjoying your favorite beverage. Our property as a bit of land around it - it’s very common to see raccoons, squirrels, chipmunks, coyotes, and hummingbirds in season.

House has an EV charger (Level 2 40 AMP) inside the covered garage.

We have two security cameras outside- one in the front house, that also turn's on to light up the stairs walkway when motion is detected. Another is positioned outside at the front door and turns on at night when motion is detected.

Things do nearby: SkyPark at Santa’s Village has a Friday concert series on Friday nights - May through September.

Wildhaven Ranch is a wildlife sanctuary with indigenous animals to the San Bernardino mountains. Reservation required.

Heaps Peak Arboretum is a really nice place to stroll and see the native plants and trees.

Blue Jay Jazz Festival is great for music lovers - event is late August each year.

Rent a Duffy Boat on Lake Gregory - less than 20 min away, they have other boat rentals and Kayaks to rent by the hour.

5/5 would stay here again
This mid century home delivers a relaxing mountain retreat as promised. In addition to all the modern conveniences you could ask for, it also gives a big blast of wit and sass with its clever decor. We kept our weekend away low-key and cooked most of our meals at home, and this home had every appliance/utensil I could ask for. We look forward to a future stay in this house.

Amazing Every Time
We try to come up here every year. We absolutely love the house. It is just so homey and comfortable. Even their beds are to die for. Seriously, could not recommend this place enough and Justin is so great and easy to communicate with.

Hip but Cozy
Our stay was smooth from the start. Owners were super responsive, the place is beautiful, with lots and lots of charm and gorgeous floor to ceiling window looking out at trees. Everything worked (a huge plus) and it was spotless when we arrived. The directions for use were clear and complete, the beds comfy, and it was very well stocked with everything we needed, and things we enjoyed using (games, puzzles, cosy throw blankets, coffee bean grinder!) Our stay was lovely, thanks to the beautiful Hidden Treehouse.

Can’t wait to go back!
The picture’s do it no justice and everything was intended to make you feel like it’s your own home. The second we walk in we new we hit the jack pot. Justin was on it and you need to look on further- THIS IS THE SPOT. The location is in the middle of everything but tucked away just enough to recharge. I could go on and on. The Franz family

Always Amazing
Another lovely stay at the Treehouse. The house while being modern with cool art still has a way of being really homey. I hate every time that we have to leave. Justin is so great to deal with, he answers questions super promptly, he leaves the best welcome baskets, this time was a gingerbread treehouse for my daughter to decorate. He has games and puzzles available, it’s just the perfect winter getaway. We can’t wait to come back!!

We love to enjoy the Hidden Treehouse when it’s not rented. This home provides our lives the complete opposite of living in a big city. It’s quiet, relaxing, and the pace of life is slower up here. We are able to unplug and reset. We hope you choose a trip to relax at The Hidden Treehouse.
